TRANS-QUADRO is a dynamically developing company operating on the market since 1991. From the beginning our company's aim was to manufacture plastics fittings for needs of building, modernization and renovation of pipelines.
TRANS-QUADRO was the first Polish company manufacturing electrofusion polyethylene fittings. Then it introduced butt fittings into its offer. The current offert contains a wide range of polyethylene fittings intended for connecting pipes with an electrofusion and butt method in gas, water and sewage pipelines.
TRANS-QUADRO fittings are broadly applied on the territory of Poland as well as abroad. Thanks to the extended nationwide storage system TRANS-QUADRO fittings are constantly available and our perfectly trained staff ensures a professional service.
The essentials of TRANS-QUADRO company are concern about our customer and constant company development. Since the moment of establishment TRANS-QUADRO has made a major step towards significant development and modernization. Huge emphasis has been put on the development of science and research back-up as far as modernization of our machine park.
Electrofusion Fittings
In electrofusion profiled couplers of muff type (muffs, end caps, reducers, elbows, tees) the internal diameter is not much greater than the nominal diameter of the pipe, which makes possible inserting of the pipe to predefined depth inside the profiled coupler. The profiled coupler has two heating zones of resistive wire, which make up one electric circuit.

Butt Fittings
The process of welding the pipe with the front-end profiled coupler (Trans Quadro is a manufacturer of bends, hole plugs, reductions, T-pipes and sleeves) can be divided into two phases: the first one comprising the pipe and coupler preparation and the second one being the welding process itself.
